Gebuchte Unterkunft nicht verfügbar!

Leider war die von uns gebuchte Unterkunft nicht verfügbar. Als wir ankamen hat man uns zu einem anderen Objekt gebracht und so getan als wäre das die von uns gebuchte Unterkunft. Als wir meinten, dass ist nicht das Haus, dass wir gebucht haben wurde uns sehr unfreundlich mitgeteilt, dass das ein Upgrade wäre und wir uns nicht so anstellen sollten. In unseren Augen war das kein Update…ich könnte noch lange weiter schreiben. Da wir unseren Urlaub beginnen wollten, haben wir uns auf eine anderes Objekt in der Nähe von unserem gebuchten Objekt eingelassen. Wir haben auch etwas Geld zurück bekommen. Aber die Unterkunft in der wir waren war in keinem guten Zustand und die Agentur vor Ort: Appartements & Villas Costa Rei ist nicht zu empfehlen. Wir haben auch ehrlich nicht gewusst, dass wenn wir bei Fewo buchen, noch zwei Agenturen (Interhome und Apartments & Villas) hinter standen, da es in der Anzeige damals hieß von privat…über die eigentliche Unterkunft können wir leider nichts sagen. Aber wir waren schon öfter in Costa Rei und werden auch wieder hinfahren:)

Posizione della casa eccezionale mentre la casa avrebbe bisogno di qualche miglioramento soprattutto i serramenti e zanzariere...anche il giardino poco curato .
