We picked this property randomly as a stopover on a long road trip and were only looking for a clean bed. Instead we got a lovely setting, kind and hospitable hosts, and an excellent dinner. We highly recommend if you enjoy family run inns with charm and hospitality. We weren’t traveling with children, but this would be a great place to stay with a family.

A very nice overnight stay

We had a very nice overnight stay on our way back home through Sweden. The hotel is well-situated in the middle of nature, just off the highway but far enough to not hear traffic noise. Breakfast offered a small but good selection. Overall a bit pricey but nice.

The restaurant (dinner & breakfast) was very good. Nice surroundings. The room was very simple. We booked a family room with a bunk bed because we travelled with our adult children. This bunkbed turned out to be only suitable for children however. It would be better if the hotel mentioned this online, instead of saying the room is suitable for 4 adults.

Vi ble mottatt av en meget hyggelig og serviceorientert ansatt, som også fortalte at selv med den ankomst kunne vi spise middag i restauranten. Vi fulgte rådet og fikk servert en nydelig middag. Men da vi kom på rommet ble vi nok litt skuffet over at standarden ikke svarte til de 2.500 kr vi betalte. Men, senga var god! Frokosten var også meget enkel, ikke noe varmt, og ikke i nærheten av hva en tenker på som en god hotellfrokost. Dessverre……

En helt fantastisk upplevelse! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐Vi hade en helt underbar vistelse på Henbacka Hotell. Redan vid ankomst möttes vi av en fantastisk personal som var otroligt välkomnande, hjälpsam och professionell under hela vårt besök.Maten var en riktig höjdpunkt – otroligt vällagad, smakrik och tillagad med stor omsorg. Dessutom bjöd hotellet på en miljö som verkligen utstrålade lugn och harmoni, vilket gjorde det enkelt att koppla av och bara njuta.Detta hotell rekommenderas varmt till alla som letar efter en rofylld och högkvalitativ vistelse!

Ett helt underbart ställe i en lugn och skön miljö. Var så hjälpsamma när vi kom i knipa, 7 personer inkl barn utan boende i ett fullbokat västkusten i 3 nätter ordnade de för oss. Fixade även mat till barnen på kvällen när vi kom. Dessutom väldigt trevliga, berättade gärna om herrgården och dess historia. 100 stjärnor till dem.
