Welcome to our cozy 45 m² apartment in beautiful Oberschleißheim—the ideal starting point for your stay in Munich and the surrounding area. Whether it’s a city break, vacation, or business trip: Here you’ll find an idyllic neighborhood with a relaxed atmosphere and excellent transportation links. The S-Bahn, the castle park, and numerous restaurants and shopping options are all within easy walking distance.

The apartment is located on the first floor of a larger building. It is a self-contained apartment with a separate entrance on the side of the building. There are nine free parking spaces right in front of the apartment that can be used at any time without restriction. You can also park for free on the street in the immediate vicinity.

The apartment has an electronic door lock with a numeric code. This means there’s no key to lose :) Although we live in the immediate vicinity, we respect our guests’ privacy :) Check-in is completely self-service. If you have any questions or issues, we’re happy to help!

Bright, quiet, comfortable flat in a perfect location for walking and cycling. Nearby shops, so easy to find some food and the little kitchen was well equipped to cook it.
