The staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. Clean bed linens, towels and brand new shower curtains. The hotel was comfortable and ideal for our Munich Christmas markets break. The hotel is not brand new and perhaps the photos on the website are a little out of date, but that didnt spoil our stay. Good breakfast with lots of choice. Fresh fruit, bread and croissants refilled regularly.

Excellent breakfast. Good location. You can easily reach Pasing railway and subway station as well as the Arcaden shopping centre. The hotel is within walking distance from a lively wood with a river and a splendid small church with daily holy Mass.

Lovely, spacious and clean room with access to a shared balcony. A quiet area with a bus stop right outside and a walkable distance to 2 train stations. Nice continental breakfast. Lovely place to stay, however it would be nice if they could upgrade to using key cards, but this isn't a big deal for me.

Absolutely fabulous, but no wifi

This would be a 5 star review: If there had been WiFi or better cell service, something that allowed me to do some work there. That’s my only complaint, everything else was great. Friendly staff, great breakfast, big room, comfy bed, quite neighborhood, 10 min walk to 2 bus stops, really fantastic place.

The welcome was very friendly, and we were even able to check in super early, which was a relief after the long flight. However, during breakfast, we hadn’t finished our bread rolls and thought we could take them with us. We were stopped rather abruptly and told we couldn’t take food outside, so we had to throw them away. Additionally, each morning we woke up to the smell of cigarette smoke from people sitting on the shared balcony.

Slightly dated and ‘old fashioned’ property, but nevertheless very quaint, slightly quirky and very adequate! Situated in a quiet, suburban area, away from any direct shops but easily accessible (10 mins/3 stops by No 160 bus) to Parsing/Munchen Parsing train station. Friendly guy welcomed us (beard) and was particular helpful due to having left some personal property on a train! Room (125) was basic and furniture not new, but quite adequate - and bed very comfy! Could hear noises from next door (!) bit not serious. Continental breakfast very good.
