Located in Putzbrunn, Room 1 at Knödelhof offers everything you need for a relaxing stay. There are three single beds, a sofa bed for one person, seating, and a kitchenette. The bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. TV and Wi-Fi are available. You have access to the balcony.
Towels in standard size are provided, but no bath towels. If needed, you will need to bring your own bath towels.
Our guesthouse is located in the Munich district, just a few minutes by car from the A99—an ideal base for exploring Munich and its surroundings. The Riem/Munich East trade fair is about 10 minutes away, PEP and the Phoenix swimming pool Ottobrunn are easily accessible. The Allianz Arena is around 20 minutes away, the airport about 30 minutes. Tegernsee, Schliersee, and Chiemsee are also within easy reach.
In the nearby town center, you will find a pharmacy, a bakery with breakfast, banks, and restaurants.
Smoking is only allowed in a small lounge on the balcony and outside on the ground floor. Twelve parking spaces and public street parking are available. One pet is allowed on request and for an additional fee.
