One of the most miserable humans I've ever had the displeasure of meeting was on reception when we arrived. For someone working in hospitality then I would have thought being hospitable would be an absolute minimum. The rest was positive.

I kind of accidentally booked this place. I thought it was closer to town. Once I found out how to get into town, I had a few options and it worked pretty well. The hotel pretty much offered everything I needed. There was a small amount of snacks to pick from, included soup and pizzas, beer on tap, breakfast for a cost, there weren’t too many toiletries, but there was a dispenser of soap and a small teapot with a few copying options. Rooms were not cleaned every day, only at your request. That was fine with me.. You could ask for towels. This staff was extremely friendly and helpful. There was a kebab shop next-door, which was great. That was also DHL Parcel shop so you could send packages and purchase things. There was a discount grocery shop on the ground level of the building that was open 8-8. There was no phone, but there was a TV. For me only three channels, I think had English.. Recommended if you don’t mind being a little out of town. tram stops, right next-door, buses, go by and take you to the underground only a few blocks away from there you can go directly to the central train station and down town.

Das Zimmer für 3 Personen war viel zu klein. Das dritte Bett wurde vor die Balkontüre gestellt. Ein rein und rauskommen war so nicht möglich. Es gab keinen Kleiderschrank, oder Ähnliches. Also mussten wir die Kleidung im Koffer lassen. Die Wände waren beschmutzt und die Kopfseiten des Bettes abgenutzt. Im Bad gab es keine Ablegemöglichkeiten, auch keine Kleiderhäken für Handtücher. Die Waschbeckenschublade war kaputt und drohte herunter zu fallen. Einen Safe oder einen Kühlschrank gab es auch nicht. Im 6. Stock des Hotels befand sich der Frühstücksraum, leider ohne Klimaanlage. Bei 30 Grad sehr unangenehm. Das Hotel verfügt über eine Tiefgarage. Die Anbindung an öffentliche Verkehrsmittel ist wirklich nur ein Katzensprung entfernt, was einen positiven Aspekt hat. Auch ein Lebensmittelmarkt befindet sich im Gebäude. Leider waren wir mit dem Zimmer nicht zu Frieden, für die Durchreise würde es für eine einzelne Person ohne Ansprüche aber ausreichen.

Zimmer war sauber und gut Ausgestattet. Das Personal hat einen sehr freundlich empfangen und gut Beraten. Frühstück war reichhaltig für die Sternekategorie. Bahnhaltestelle Bäcker direkt am Hotel. Aldie im Gebäude. Parken in in unmittelbarer Nähe möglich. Es ist aber auch ein Parkhaus vorhanden.

Ein super Hotel mit tollem Frühstück - reicht genau um ein paar Tage in der Stadt zu verbringen. Die Zimmer sind sauber und schön, das Bett auf Rädern etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig, aber wenns nur das ist. Das Personal ist super nett und auch dass das übrige Gebäck vom Frühstück im Laufe des Tages gratis zur Verfügung steht ist richtig toll! Wir empfehlen es gerne weiter!
