It was a fine hotel for a no fuss stay in Munich. The hotel is close to downtown. The free coffee in the lobby was much appreciated.

Very well located to a short walkable distance to various cafe, activities, and public transport lines. The hotel itself isn’t freshly renovated, but absolutely no issues.
