This is our home, which we built in January 2024, and we rent it out for short stays when we are traveling or on vacation.

With a spacious 150 m² interior and a 550 m² garden, the property offers everything you need for a luxurious stay.

✓A security deposit of €2,000 is required for parties/events and must be paid before check-in.

✓The garden area at the entrance is currently being renovated.
✓The pictures of the garden and pool area are for illustrative purposes only, as the area is currently under construction and will be completed in June/July 2024. However, the pictures show what the area will look like when finished.

✓ Check-in: Starting at 4:00 PM, you can check in flexibly using a code

✓ Parking: €15/day. Reservation required

✓ Please let us know when booking if you need a second bed or one or more sleeper sofas set up because you require separate sleeping arrangements. If we do not receive a message from you, our cleaning team will assume that only one bed or sofa bed is needed for every two people.

✓ No Smoking: An additional fee of €500 will be charged if there is a smell of smoke in the apartment.
