Perfect location for late flight arrival walking distance from the S-Bahn so perfect for an early getaway into the city the next morning. Staff were great and hotel was exactly what we needed for a relaxing evening.

I really liked my stay at this hotel for a morning flight out of Munich. You can’t beat the location, very easy to reach with the S Bahn. Mattress was comfortable, bedding was nice and crisp. Couldn’t be more happy. Nice little restaurant and bar too.

Staff was great, parking free, next to gas station and airport so rental return was a breeze. We took the metro into Munich, that was close and easy. Room was fine. The only thing was the shower is directly in the room and clear glass, not in a closed bathroom (just the toilet was in closed room), so not great for a grandma and her grandson and anyone traveling other than couple.

Very bright, new, modern hotel, lots of seating in the entrance/bar/restaurant. Room clean and spacious for a budget hotel. Absolutely only tiny quibbles would be that there is no comfy seat in the room and that the shower is just behind a glass door in the room, so no privacy if you're staying with someone who is not your partner (but then it was a double room, not a twin. My room was on the motorway side but I couldn't hear any noise at all - very good noise insulation. Had a Bavarian potato soup in the restaurant, which was really nice. Would very happily stay again.

Overall the property is a great option when at the airport. We found the staff was at times not flexible in allowing simple thins, such as ordering food to the room, even if I offered to take it up myself…?! But generally speaking, new property, everything in working order, would stay again.

At check-in, the staff claimed the bill was unpaid, even though I had already paid via Expedia. Although they eventually confirmed the payment in their system, I was left feeling uneasy because they explained that the amount paid through Expedia was unrelated to the hotel, and the receipt issued by Expedia could not be used. The room and amenities were excellent, so I hope this kind of issue does not happen again. Regarding staying itself, it was worth to choose this hotel.

The room is small and lacks furniture, typical of a newly opened hotel. It doesn’t meet our expectations given the price we paid; it’s not a 3-star hotel at all. However, the staff is friendly and helpful. The only thing we appreciate is the bus station nearby, which is a public bus station, not a hotel shuttle. It’s about ten-minute drive from the airport.
