The staff at this hotel is absolutely amazing. The hotel itself is very nice… not conveniently located in Munich… but the staff actually made this place worth staying at. Lydia, one of the staff at the concierge bent over backwards for our party and was super accommodating. We were incredibly impressed with her professionalism, charm and hospitality and would recommend this place to any traveler based on her performance alone!

Everything else was super, we loved the room which was very spacious with good amenities. Only taking a few points because the check-in felt rushed, we tried asking questions about our beds and parking, got different answers for the same questions and receptionist just told us goodnight in the middle of me talking and turned around to go to the reception backroom.
