Absolutely one of the best hotels in our 5 week European vacation. Friendly staff, large comfortable room, amazing shower, min bar was a nice touch - the rooftop was awesome. Excellent stay! All the staff are friendly, helped without hesitation answer questions I had (first time in Munich), and always met with smiles even when they were busy. One of the best hotel experiences I’ve had. Clean room, clean mattresses, complimentary items, central location to everything, delicious food (which I gave compliments at the time!) and more. I would definitely stay again!

All staff members we encountered were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the included breakfast, which is served in the attached restaurant dining area. The mini bar in the room was free and included four beers, two waters, and two Cokes each day. Great location for our time in Munich old town area.
