Not bad but could’ve been better

Close to Oktoberfest and other shops. Good location. Bed had some springs sticking up into your back, the shower and behind the toilet had some mold. Easy check in and nice staff. Just lacking some cleanliness.

Took 30 min for someone to come to the front desk upon arrival. Hotel had cobwebs in the windows, extremely loud pipes in the walls and you could hear everyone in the hotel. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely a fantastic location. Close to MarienPlatz, subway and a 20 minute walk to Oktoberfest grounds. Room was clean, but building is well worn and could definitely use some updating. Still OK spot as we were in a pinch when our previous accommodations were suddenly cancelled last minute.

We stayed here for Oktoberfest and considered it a high end hostel. The room was bare bones which was fine for our purposes. We highly overpaid for what we got because of Oktoberfest, which we were fine with. I would not stay here outside of that scenario

I think it should be labelled Hostel not a hotel. The pictures on the site have no relevance to the hotel room condition or those we saw anyway. It should 100% be classed as a hostel. Don’t even ask about the bathroom. Stains on every wall in the room the carpets inside and in corridor’s you could shoot a horror movie there easily. Staff very very helpful but the rooms ..

Good in a pinch, not for extended stay

Room was incredibly small. Shower design was challenging as water flooded the floor. Decoration wise was modern and clean although our friends got a room that was dated and dirty. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Only one key was given for each room BTW. Overall not the best but one night would be fine.

The property was close to everything, clean and friendly staff. Great prices, parking garage is 1 block and safe. The bed was comfortable. Its an older building but its munich. They're all older buildings. Highly recommended, will be back.

Clean and modern fornitures but There is no a freezer nor air-conditioning… great location and excellent service for the lobby guys!!! If they get a freezer I’ll be there again 😁
