Your photos are very deceiving! The room we had was nothing like those shown. Our room needed renovating desperately - very shabby and outdated. The bathroom was disgusting - something out of the 1970s!

Perfectly clean room and friendly staff. The decor is worn but beds were comfortable and linens clean and plentiful.

Room was filthy. Floors were covered dirt. Bathroom shower was covered in black mold. Toilet seat broken and pinched your butt while sitting. Flooring through out was pealing, cracked and dirty! THE WORSE HOTEL WE HAVE EVER STAYED AT FROM HOTEL.com or in Germany.

Customer service was outstanding, extremely helpful. Room was clean Bathroom was small and shower drained extremely slow, could not take a complete shower without having to stop the water and let the water drain out otherwise it would overflow

Friendly staff and supplies available in reception. Only minor gripe a very small bathroom but the bedroom was massive to compensate for this. Also comfy double bed and a great location.
