The first room provided to us smelled of urine or sewer gas. Also, the hotel's bus service to/from airport is very limited. Details should be provided to guests prior to reservations being made so they can make plans so they don't have to incur additional expenses for travel to/from downtown Munich during daytime hours. Pillows in the room are substandard - I wouldn't provide similar ones to guests staying at my home.

Breakfast had a nice assortment. I appreciated that there was an airport shuttle. Mattress was a bit softer than i like. My biggest problem was we were at the airport trying to get the shuttle and the hotel never picked up my phone call.

I messaged property 2 days prior to arrival to enquire about shuttle and never received a reply. I called the hotel when I arrived at airport and nobody answered phone, therefore I was forced to pay 30 euro for cab.

Excellent room--comfortable, clean, and modern. Bonus--there were washcloths in the bathroom (not always a given). Breakfast was great. Shuttle service was helpful given how secluded the hotel is. The "restaurant" menu is basically reheated frozen foods so plan ahead because it was not good and there's not much nearby.
