Glad I selected the Atomis. Wish we had more time to enjoy. It was a quick overnight but very clean, comfortable and staff extremely professional and friendly.

This was the worst experience I had. We went to the hotel, stayed 30 min in line to be told that we don’t have a room and that they booked us in a different hotel. Their hotel was overbooked, not my problem since I have this booking for months. They made me pay them 9€ since the parking in the other hotel was double the parking in there. They could not even comp that. Also in the whole line we were the only people that they did this to, they had rooms for everyone else. I booked this room months ago. This was very bad experience. I would be calling Expedia today to request some kind of compensation. The receptionist was rude and we asked for the manager and she told us the manager was not there and that she was in charge. This also is questioning your reliability. Will this happen to me again going to a place that I booked and I don’t have a room. Not sure if I will be comfortable booking again through Expedia since they feel your company can be put aside in priority of bookings.

They oversold their available room supply, and it took us more than our to ultimately get a single room, not what we booked. Breakfast was OK, but they also charged for parking.

You can't tell from the photos, but the whole place seems like it's aging. We called for a shuttle to pick us up from the airport, but it never showed up (and the staff just dismissed this without trying to make it up in some way). Our shower was completely clogged, and the bathtub had insects in the drain. The sole reason to stay here is because it's so close to the airport.

Overall the room was very good. The beds were super comfortable and the front desk staff was exceptional and helpful. The only real problem we had was the air conditioner/heater. We could not turn the ac off and the heater on. If this had been summer, no problem, but it is currently winter.
