Everything about our stay was fantastic! Nico, at the front desk, went ABOVE and BEYOND for our 11 night anniversary stay! He was always very kind, accommodating, and just a wonderful human! Laura at the front desk gave us a fantastic travel suggestion that turned out to be one of the most beautiful paces we have ever been to.. the bar staff was always wonderful and the cleaning staff top notch! I will be staying there again for sure!

Hotel excellent, rooms had good facilities, and modern throughout. Breakfast was amazing and so much choice for hot and cold items. Staff friendly. Location very convenient for train station and city centre. May not be ideal for single female traveller due to area but we felt safe enough together.

Super spacious and modern room. Lovely shower. Bathroom and toiletries arrangement good. King size bed was bigger than uk king size - in fact huge! Room was quiet (ask for one facing inside not road side) staff v friendly and helpful. Nespresso coffee machine a nice touch. Fridge and safe in room v useful.

I arrived late for a one-night stopover. Check-in was quick and efficient. From the time I walked into the lobby until I was in my room was probably less than 10 minutes. This is a very good choice if you are staying in the vicinity of Munich's Hauptbahnhof.

Suite was lovely. My only complaint was that I contacted the hotel prior to arrival about an accessible room. I received no reply. The bathroom was very challenging for me to use. I also messaged during my visit about this but had no reply again. Please, if customers message, please reply.
