The room was clean and comfortable, but there were a few small issues. There was no bottle of water provided, and in the bathroom there was only one hook to hang clothes or towels, which was a bit inconvenient. Also, when I first checked in, the staff accidentally gave me the wrong room — when I entered, there were someone else’s belongings inside. Luckily, no one was there at the moment (imagine if someone had been there — or worse, naked!). Overall, the stay was fine, but these details could definitely be improved.

The bathroom had a fair amount of hair on the floor when we arrived- not ok!! Also, when the bathroom fan ran the bathroom smelled terrible. This resolved after the shower was used so presumably it was septic gas coming in through the shower drain.

Weird Experience

We arrived late and the front desk was closed. There were instructions given to me in advance about how to access our room if we arrived late. Upon arrival, there was an envelope taped in the entry to the hotel that had my name on it- and it had the room code written inside…where anybody could have picked it up and gotten in. We felt a little unsafe about this- especially since there was a very rowdy group hanging out in the hotel lobby. We were a little scared to enter the room and scared someone would be able to get in in the night. We also wanted to take the shuttle in the morning, but there was nobody to ask about it- and no information provided in the lobby. I booked the hotel because of the shuttle service but we ended up taking an Uber. The hotel itself seemed okay other than the mentioned things. It was clean and close proximity to the airport.

This was our first hotel on our 2-week vacation and we stayed 2 nights. Chosen originally becuase of the price and the closeness to the airport. 2 block walk to the bus and then took the train into Munich both days we were there worked well for us to see the sights in Munich. Breakfast was very good and room was clean and comfortable. For a budget hotel it was a great choice.

while property appears close to airport, it requires multiple public transportations (train and bus) to reach there or you have to take Uber/Taxi. hotel provides contact of another shuttle operator who can drop you to airport, but no pickup service from airport. Otherwise, property itself was fine as transit stay. check in staff was helpful and check in was smooth.
