Welcome to our 100 sqm-penthouse. The apartment has a balcony with beautiful view, a big living room, 2 cozy bedrooms with baby cot, good equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, rain-shower and whirlpool-bathtub. It is located close to the world’s biggest spa “Therme Erding”, the airport Munich and the train to Munich main station/fair. Welcome to our 100 sqm-penthouse. The apartment has a balcony with beautiful view, a big living room, 2 cozy bedrooms with baby cot, good equipped kitchen and 2 bathrooms with 2 toilets, rain-shower and whirlpool-bathtub. It is located close to the world’s biggest spa “Therme Erding”, the airport Munich and the train to Munich main station/fair. The apartment is on level 4 in an apartment building and offers a lot of space. In the living room you can choose between the nice view outside the window, the huge TV (with DVD-player and DVD-collection) or the aquarium with happy fish inside. The kitchen includes oven, big refrigerator and dish-washing machine as well as electric kettle, toaster and Senseo-coffeemaker (including coffee-pads). Kitchen towels, salt, pepper, sugar, flour & spices and basics like vinegar and oil are there – have fun cooking! The bathrooms are equipped with a whirlpool-bathtub and a rain-shower as well as two separate toilets. Towels, hairdryer, soap and shower gel are there. You can also use the washing machine, dryer, clothes horse, ironing board and iron. In the sleeping room you will find two double beds (160cm)and one Baby cot as well as closets for your clothes. Further guest can use two comfortable air beds and place them in sleeping and living room. You will also have access to WIFI and a writing desk for office work. In most of the cases we will not be able welcome you personally. Just give us a short call, when you are standing in front of the house door – we will open it for you. We will also provide you with a code for the apartment door on level 4. In the apartment you will find a key for the house door – please take care of it. In case of any question or requests you can always reach us on our mobiles and we will be happy to take our time to help you. The world’s biggest spa – Therme Erding – (1,6km) , train-station Altenerding (1,8km) and shopping facilities are in walking distance. You will find shops like Media-Markt, Hagebaumarkt, Norma, Aldi, Feneberg, DM, Sportsdirect, TK-Maxx, Depot and many more just around the corner. The distance to airport Munich is only 15 minutes by car. Erding city center is only 1,7 km away. For swimming, nice walks and running we recommend the Kronthaler Weiher which is only 4 km away from the apartment. Public transportations: The train S2 from Altenerding needs 40 minutes to Munich main station and 47 minutes to the fairground. The bus to the airport needs 30 minutes. Car: There are plenty of parking lots around the apartment. Usually, you will need about 15 minutes by car to the airport and about 25 minutes to the fairground. If anything is not to your satisfaction, just let us know and we will take care of it. Please do only smoke on the balcony, you will find an ashtray there.
