Understaffed and Very Unorganized. Someone was in the bed they assigned me. Management did not reply to my email. There was an issue with another person causing problems and the staff were asking what should we do, I dont know, I dont know either. Dirty

I am thankful that I get to stay in this hostel a night for a reasonable price. I consider other options to attend Oktoberfest without any room stay. I am so glad there is an available room for my needs in visiting Munich.

On the first night I booked a parking space but on entering the garage it was overfull. The guy on reception put me in an 'external parking area' which was actually a public electric bike storage facility and in any case just like parking on the street. I went to my room at 11.30 and got into bed. A guy in the bunk above me seemed annoyed which annoyed me as I had been extra quiet. This guy kept mumbling and I could hear his earbuds, then when another gent in the room started snoring he started shaking and banging the bed. I shouted hey and he stopped but then started singing. After another hour he again started vanging and shaking the bed. I got out of bed and went to reception who were great. Reception moved me to another room so I got to sleep around 3am and I stayed there the next night as well. On returning to get the rest of my stuff someone had spewed outside the room. One of those things, part of the risk of a shared dorm in Oktoberfest. Couldn't have asked for better from the staff. Process of securing EV charger access needs to be thought about.

The location was really good and there was a tram across the street that led to the main train station. The beds were also pretty good. The staff though were not the greatest as I was assigned to the wrong bed twice and had to move beds two times which was not pleasant. It also seemed they did not made much effort to solve that problem.

Very nice hostel, good location-- 20-30 mins walking to bus and train station, frequent trams right outside. Great staff. Windows don't open much so summer nights were pretty hot. And bunk beds are totally open so no privacy at all.

I stayed at a&o Munich Hostel for 4 nights. Everything was smooth and okay — check-in was easy, the facilities were clean, and the location was convenient. My only suggestion is to consider offering separate rooms for females and males, in addition to mixed rooms, to give guests more comfort and privacy options.

The stay is great there was no ac but this is europe so not uncommon. My only issue was all the kids young adult hanging out blocking the main entrance so you have to weave in and out to get in or out and standing out there all hours yelling and shouting. And the staff doinging nothing. But great location near public transit.
