Welcome to Benny B! Inspired by Beneficence, one of the Ball State University landmarks, just four blocks from the house. Ball Memorial Hospital is also four blocks away. You'll enjoy staying upstairs in this cozy two bedroom with its own entrance, and off street parking for up to three vehicles in the back. Newly remodeled, featuring a king bed in the primary, and two twin beds with LED lights in the bunk rooms, separated by a game room with a foosball table. (There are tenants living downstairs.)
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned vacation home. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.

The 2nd floor space was quant and immaculate. Everything we needed for a quick trip to BSU was there. It was a quick walk to the village and campus. The host was very quick to respond with any questions I had.

The property location is excellent. Close to campus and things to do downtown. One draw back is that because it is close to campus weekends can get loud. Parking is in the back of the house. The entrance for the apartment is in the front of the house. Which meant we had walk through the side yard (in the grass) that made it difficult for rolling luggage. Fortunately our luggage was light enough to carry. The property owner was very easy to message and responded very quickly. We loved the little surprise gifts left on the nightstands! Super cute idea and very appropriate for the area. The beds were very comfortable. The apartment was neat and tidy. We would choose to stay there again. Thank you Benny B for helping to make my nephews high school graduation a success!
