Welcome to Benny B! Inspired by Beneficence, one of Ball States landmarks, just four blocks from the house. Ball Memorial is also four blocks away. You'll enjoy staying upstairs in this cozy two bedroom with its own entrance, and off street parking for up to three vehicles in the back. Newly remodeled featuring a king bed in the primary, and two twin beds with LED lights in the bunk rooms, separated by a game room with a foosball table. (There are tenants living downstairs.)
