Strictly not preferred

hotels.com should not list such properties on portal. Very poor services and facilities. No AC in room No water in washrooms. Water leakage from AC, No toiletaries provided. Towels, Soaps and basic things also not provided. Very pathetic experience for a Business Traveller.
