I was doing late check in after my international flight reachhed there after midnight, this hotel sold my room to someone else, and left me stranded in middle of night, heavy rain, lots of guant mosquitoes, on the street. The hotel staff told they never received my booking. After expedia support personnel talked to them trying to fix, the hotel person acted as if voice was breaking and hung up on expedia people. Later this hotel gave me one room with additional charges for 6 hours, instead of 24 hours. Extremely disappointed with this hotel
