Absolutely loved my stay at Sofitel. The staff were amazing, attentive, and super helpful. Everyone called me by my name - which goes a long way when you stay in hotels most of the year. It was a lovely stay. We had a 2 night stay from 12-14 March. The housekeeping, the reception staff and the chef at Pondicherry cafe were all excellent and very eager to help. We found the breakfast spread quite elaborate and space for local as well as global cuisine. The location of the hotel is great. We also availed the service of the SJP salon, within the hotel premises which has some great professional. A must try.
