I booked this room for a friend of mine and as he described: The quality of the room is good. Employee service could be better. Above all, for the price, it can be said an okay hotel.

Torn bedsheets and curtains, wet bathroom, no water bottle on advance, have to request for water. No hot water in the bathroom and cost equivalent to 4 star accommodation. Felt like overpaid them for just night.

The room is not the same as the picture it s really bad and they stole my money cause I did not stay there more than 1 day but I payed already and didn’t get refund and nothing. Worst hotel in India…and I see a lot of bad one in 5 years travelling. Just don’t go here if you want to enjoy Mumbai
