Hotel condition is great, Room was clean. Staff was awesome, Always ready to help with a smile. Location bit awkward but doable. Hard to find transportation especially in odd hours so airport travelers plan ahead 🙂. Would have been great if hotel starts providing free airport shuttle service as its very close to the airport. Overall stay was good.

The hotel is certainly a budget hotel. But it has a lot of nice amenities like a food hall. The rooms are really quiet, even though they’re right next to the airport and the highway. The floor was a bit dirty, but the beds were comfortable. They advertise an airport shuttle, but when I went downstairs, they said they would call me a taxi. Overall, a good value for a short stay.

Ginger is a nice clean property within a reasonable price. Staff is helpful and accommodating. Normal check in time is 3 pm but Mitali Anil Singh gave us an early check in at 10 am which was very helpful as we were dealing with a heavy jet lag due to 10:30 hrs time difference which helped us to feel better and made our overall experience more pleasant and comfortable. Keep up the good work Mitali.

Room was on a okay condition. In the bathroom the toilet is separated from the shower area by a door. The door opens into the sink area and there is only about 12 inch gap between the sink and door. Very tight squeeze to use the toilet. Your rear end will rub up against sink when you try to squeeze through. If are overweight you fill not fit. Very poor design.

As soon as we entered in our room, we realized that the staff was trying to overcompensate for a foul odor by pumping in artificial scent. After a few hours of being there it was evident that the room smelled like urine. Stains on bedsheet and cover. Bathroom was too small and hit myself many a times in the shower. Also, road leading to the property had more potholes than road. Overall, an unpleasant experience and I don't plan to ever stay here again. Didn't have breakfast and staff of okay.
