Absolutely worst experience ever. At midnight tellinge to stay out in cold and pay again for an already paid booking. Then 20 mins later they realise their mistake and let me in. Feels like fraudsters, absolutely no apologies from staff

Impossible to register on the machine outside as registration number not provided. Not a good start after a long journey. No staff available in person only option trying to explain, in a foreign language, over the intercom. We won’t be stopping again.

Jeg var nok litt skuffet at det var litt komplisert å booke seg in når vi kom sent på kvelden. I tillegg var clima systemet ute av drift noe som gjorde at når vi kom in på rommet så var temperaturen sikkert rundt 30 grader. Heldigvis var det mulig å åpne vinduet. Frokosten var helt grei og personalet var hyggelig !

Das Zimmer war schrecklich gereinigt. Wir hatten das Bett voller schwarzer Haare und die Toilette war auch voller Haare. Zum schlafen hat es gereicht. Aber Sauberkeit wäre schön gewesen.
