Our vacation homes are located right on the shore of Lake Goitzsche, centrally in the village of Pouch yet in a quiet spot with no through traffic. The location is perfect for long walks, varied bike tours, or water sports. This modern semi-detached house, newly built in 2025, features a large garden and sits by one of Germany’s most beautiful lakes, separated from the shore only by a foot and bike path. The architect-designed house offers a unique living experience: a bright living area with a striking six-meter-high exposed concrete wall awaits you. An open staircase connects the living space with the stylish bedrooms upstairs. From the gallery, you enjoy a fascinating view over the open living area, the garden, and the lake. On the ground floor, you’ll find the open-plan living room with dining area and kitchen. Upstairs, there are two bedrooms and a large, modern bathroom with a freestanding tub and walk-in shower. The cozy gallery has a comfortable sofa bed for up to two additional guests. A fully equipped kitchen and a spacious south-facing sun terrace with lake view complete the offer. Need a third bedroom or want to accommodate up to eight people? Simply book Apartment 8b as well, located on the ground floor and connectable to the house. Free parking, Wi-Fi, bed linen, and towels are included. A supermarket with bakery is within walking distance. A free boat parking space is available on the property, and a public slipway is about 100 meters away.

Ferienhaus zum Wohlfühlen und Abschalten

Pros: Das Haus ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr modern eingerichtet. Unseren Geschmack hat es zu 100 Prozent getroffen. Das Ferienhaus ist geräumig, sauber, sehr gut ausgestattet und hat einen top gepflegten Garten mit gemütlich gestalteter Terrasse zum Entspannen. Der kurze Weg zum Strand des Goitzsche Sees macht das Gesamtpaket perfekt. Lieben Dank auch für die nette Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin.
