The house was very nice with updated appliances and fixtures. Secluded area with no traffic or noise. If I had a complaint, it would the water pressure. Other than that it was a very enjoyable stay.

Squirrel got into the electric lines and there was not electricity at first but owner and property manager quickly got the electric company there to fix it. Water pressure could have been a little better and perhaps a 3 pm check in instead of 4 when you are going to wdding. Otherwise Wonderful and I would recommend to all. A special ThNk you to owner for communication. Thank you.

A GEM of a place!

This will NOT disappoint, I promise!If you’re looking for tranquility, a place to unwind, sit on the porch with a cup of coffee, spend quality time talking with family or taking long walks in the trails then this is your place. From a hot tub to a creek to lay in a tube this place has it all. We did a family reunion that was in Mulberry, Arkansas and most of the family had RV’s but we found this precious Gem of a place that offered everything we were looking for. Thank you so much for all our great memories…

Great property

The property is amazing and just as described. When we arrived, the air conditioner did not work so it was 78 degrees in the house. I notified the owners and they immediately went into action. They brought a temporary fix since it was too late to get the HVAC team on site which helped a little but it was a hot night. The HVAC team showed up early the next day. I feel like Jenesis did all she could do in this unplanned, unfortunate situation. She was a great host! And even with the air conditioning fiasco I would stay again.

Clean, quiet, comfortable with everything we needed on site. Enjoyed morning coffee on the back deck and evening drinks on the front porch We did a waterfall and wineries tour and it was a great central location for where we want to go each day. Host communicated before and after stay and I feel confident they would have responded quickly if we had needed anything at all. Don’t hesitate to book a stay here

We loved our stay! The house was beautiful and comfortable. It was a great place to stay for our family, my husband, 1 year old, and our dog. We loved all of the outdoor space and quiet location.
