Turned up and didn’t have booking, took over half hour to solve issue. Hotel room very dated and dirty, blood stains on sheets and all sorts on curtains

Shower water flowed into bathroom because floor in shower sloped away from the drain. Had to turn water flow to the lowest possible setting to prevent this. Toilet leaked at the base. Mattresses were old and lumpy. After one day our key card stopped working. Luckily we had an adjoining room. That was our only access to our rooom.

Overall the hotel was pretty good for the price, the staff were friendly and helpfull, the breakfast options were average and the bed was a little hard. The pool was good but wasn’t clean when we came to use it (they were cleaning it the day before) and limited supervision when we used the pool. Plenty of parking on site. Coffee and Restaurant options across the road plus a small convenience store on the corner.

Nothing was open

Most people are going to stay here for the pool and rooftop restaurant. Both were closed, so i would call before staying here. They say due to covid but i think its more due to they have no guests and dont want to maintain them. Other hotels in town have the pool and restaurants open. No one offered to bring our bags to room at checkin which is not normal. First day breakfast the bread was moldy. Kind of looks like since their number of guests have gone down due to covid they have kinda given up trying to be a legit hotel. Bathroom was a bit beat up and old.

Amazing view from rotating restaurant on top of hotel, unfortunately the food there is not very good. Rooms need more consistent maintenance to keep everything working. Buffet breakfast mediocre, since they don't turn on burners to keep food warm, it's mostly cold.

Very bad hotel not fit to stay

Checked in after a 12 hour drive. Very dark in hallway, room filthy, door lock not working. Complained to reception who said it was okay. Went to another hotel because it was unsafe.

Nice place in Mukdahan

Nice place to stay in Mukdahan... Close to Indochina market and to walk along the river... Bed mattress very firm, prefer a little softer, but only a minor issue... Overall very good

find somewhere else

wifi did not work in the room. on check in I asked for 2 room keys as there were 2 guests in the room. they refused to give a second key until asked them to refund my payment and I will find another hotel. the stand in bath shower is an enormous safety issue and the plastic shower curtain a health hazzard
