Wir haben uns während unseres Kurzurlaubes rundum wohlgefühlt .Das Zimmer lag im 2.Stock,gut mit dem Lift zu erreichen. Die Verpflegung war auch sehr gut und die Mitarbeiter allesamt sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend . Außerdem gab es in Mühlhausen so viel zu sehen, so daß wir bestimmt noch Mal wiederkommen würden.

Tolle Unterkunft mit sehr freundlichen Mitarbeitern. Zum Abschied gab es auch nach nur einer Nacht ein kleines Abschiedsgeschenk. Sehr aufmerksam. Aus Umweltschutzgründen wäre es gut, wenn die Zahnputz-Einmalplastikbecher gegen wiederverwendbare Becher ausgetauscht werden könnten

I was not able to check in and get into the hotel so I could not stay there. It was a nightmare situation. We arrived late due to problems with renting our car. I tried to contact hotel several times since I knew we would arrive past 10:00 pm. Arrived at 11:00 and everything was locked and dark. I knocked on all doors incidling night-door and finally someone who I thought was manager leaned out the window above and just said quiet. He never came to the door and I continued to knock and speak German but no response. With no place to sleep, my 15 yo son contacted his new coach at 12:30 am and had to sleep in his new football academy close to this town in Schlotheim. I was moving my son to his new school for 13 months. The manager of hotel called me the next day and I explained the situation and nightmare and he said he would refund the room amount but I need to contact Expedia. Please refund $81.15 itinerary#7452843050169. I am in South Africa now so I can’t call. I can call if needed when I return Aug 19. Thank you for your assistance. - Todd

Obsługa charakteryzuje się analfabetyzmem i nie czyta co się do niej pisze. Recepcjonistka spogląda na zegarek i czeka aż w końcu wyjdzie do domu. Sposobem rozwiązania problemów dla recepcjonistki jest jej wyjście do domu. Słabo też się orientuję się okolicznych restauracjach. Zamawiając pokój z dwoma pojedynczymi łóżkami dostaje się z podwójnym. Parking nieadekwatny do wielkości hotelu, centrum miasta ciężko z miejscami ogólnymi Wieczorem drzwi frontowe zamknięte, trzeba wchodzić przez podwórko. Brak restauracji w 4 gwiazdkowym hotelu niedopuszczalne.
