We had a great experience, staff is great, very clean and would highly recommend it. Harvy gave a great Coffee presentation. Diego is a margarita specialist. Petrito is a great nature guide, best tour ever highly recommend the rafting safari safari. Jose is a great server. All staff made sure that there was no pineapple and guava for my spouse. Much appreciated

Sticlers on thier rules. We had a delay on our flights and wanted to shift our 3 days one day but they wouldn't do it without penalty. The hotel was fairly empty so it shouldn't have been a problem. We had to forfeit our first day because of thier unwillingness to help us out in a bad situation.

Amazing! It's gorgeous all around property, with very friendly and helpful staff. We arrived from La Fortuna late afternoon on spare tire and they right away offer to take care of that for us! They took tire to shop and got in fixed and replaced by the time we were ready to go to dinner! Saved our day! Breakfast was excellent and ambient so beautiful. So many amenities and activities to enjoy on site, for both relaxing and active time.

This resort is ideally located 20mins from La Fortuna and avoids the rush and touristy feeling .. gives total relaxation .. The staff is outstanding and the food at Kitara is top caliber. Highly recommend this place and the staff - chef Alex, Michael and Bryan managers , Harvy , Albert , Diego gave us a royal treat !! Thank you Hamilton Leisure for placing customers first !! This was one of our best vacations .. we are fully recharged.

There needs to be more direction and communication. We were dropped off the first night in the dark in front of our building with no clue where to go. Once we found our room (no easy task) there was nothing to tell us what was going on/offered or where to go. Why not have an in room manual? A map? A QR link?

Room was clean, great view, the staff were courteous and accommodating. The breakfast was delicious and many options loved the bird stand fruits view. I watched so many different species of small birds. Outside of my room was able to see the monkeys in the morning. Beautiful landscaping.

This was my third trip to Costa Rica, and because I had such great experiences the first two times I wondered if this one was going to live up to the fantasy I have created in my mind. I must say, I was delighted with every aspect of this trip. The stay at Tilajari was more than I could have dreamed of. When we arrived, we were greeted by Maureen. She was extremely helpful and gave us information on dinner, the eco tour held in the morning, and the location of the room. During our visit, the reception staff, including Maureen, Gustavo, and Albin, were immensely helpful in providing information about activities at and away from the property. The property was natural and beautifully maintained. Our room consisted of two beds and overlooked the river. The overall impression of the room is it was beautifully furnished and well maintained. The wood ceilings were beautiful. There was a nicely sized balcony overlooking the river. It was a beautiful place to enjoy a bottle of wine and relax after a long day. The stone floor and the windows allowing the transfer of fresh air in the bathroom gave a spa aesthetic. Lucia did a wonderful job with housekeeping. We had several meals at the restaurant and indulged in a variety of drinks from the bar. Restaurant Manager Bryan was very welcoming, and the service received was impeccable. Everyone took the time to explain available items to us and gave us numerous recommendations inspiring us to explore new drinks and food items.
