Disliked: Staff & service
When we arrived the lady from the restaurant, tried to take money from us although we had already booked. The owner was in hospital and kept telling us room rates with meals etc over the phone via someone in the restaurant trying to help out with English.. Since we had booked and paid already, we felt like we were getting scammed. We did manage to get a 100% refund, but folks need to be aware of this when booking here. I am sure the apartment and meals are great, however the staff not being aware of a paid booking, leaves you with a bad taste in your mouth.

Kısacası iyi bir aile Butik otel, sadece konaklayacağınız bir yer değil; tüm yorgunluğunuzu unutturan, size evinizdeki huzuru sağlayan bir yerdi. Sahibi ALİ BEY VE EŞİ ÇOK NAZİK İNSANLAR herşeyimize koştular,tam bir anadolu osmanlı misafirperverliğiydi. Güne zengin ve leziz bir serpme kahvaltıyla başlamak,harikaydı.(yok yok yöresel lezzetler ve sıcaklar harikaydı) yolunuz düşerse çok tavsiye ederim,biz ailecek kaldık 1+1 oda şeklinde çok ferahtı,bölge sit alanı olunca eski osmanlı evlerini restorize edilmiş,güzel otel ve altı resturan olmuş.
