Located in Mourèze, this spacious 250 m² villa can accommodate up to 8 people with 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. You will enjoy a well-equipped private kitchen and a large main living room of 90 m² opening onto several terraces, with direct access to hiking trails. The villa offers air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a television, a washing machine, a high chair, and step-free indoor access. You will appreciate the breathtaking mountain view during your stay.



Outside, the private covered terrace includes a large communal table and a lounge area, with a bar connecting the kitchen to the exterior. Other uncovered terraces and a balcony provide additional relaxation spaces. The pool, measuring 14 x 5 to 7 meters with a gradually increasing depth up to 220 cm, features a staircase and a bench with spa jets, all surrounded by landscaped terraces. All bedrooms have large windows overlooking the garden. You can also enjoy a shared ping-pong table (equipment provided), pétanque (boules available), as well as volleyball and badminton courts.



The shared parking can accommodate 2 cars under the entrance porch, with additional space available on the grounds. Pets are allowed. Events are not permitted.



The location is ideal for mountain biking and hiking enthusiasts, with many routes and trails accessible from the villa. Bike rental is available for an extra fee.
