The room was clean, but the place feels a bit shady. There was a man smoking outside on the walkway next to my room. As a female traveling alone, this is not what I want to approach after walking up two flights of stairs at night time. Also, the man who checked me in would not stop asking me questions to try and figure out if he knew me. This felt uncomfortable.

This was the second time I stayed here. The first time was great. The room was really nice and staff was fantastic. This second time around I had my two kids with me and the room they had put me in which was room 102 was awful. It was dirty. The carpet was stained, there was a boot print on the wall, the pillow case had stains, I also found a bug inside of the sheets which freaked me out. I had taken pictures just incase because they charged a deposit fee and showed night staff. He had informed me they had no more available rooms with two beds and asked if I can come back tomorrow instead. Ummm no I made reservations for this night because I was in town for only this night. He ended up being able to accommodate us which I was thankful for but he was arguing over the bug until I showed him the picture and finally told him to go look for himself at the room if he didn’t believe me. He told me no that it was housekeeping/maintenance job. Once I checked out in the morning the lady at the front desk said as very nice definitely way better then the night staff.

I paid for the night ahead of time on Expedia but the owner decided to charge me again. Then he said it would be refunded. Then he said it never happened. Then called the cops on me. Long story short, the owner charged me twice, lied about it then told the police I was banned. I never got refunded and will never stay at a hotel that scams people.
