The key lock on the door was very difficult. It took three or four attempts to get the door to unlock. The shower was antiquated and was lucky enough to help my friend know how the shower/tub value worked. The floor lamp had holes in the shade. The refrigerators (2 small ones) were good. The beds were comfortable. No breakfast, nice ice machine. OK for the cost but I won't be back
