Great customer service. The young lady at the front desk on Saturday that checked us in was very friendly, she was also the one that checked us out! Very sweet! Hotel was very nice and we felt safe and relaxed.

The walls are too thin and can hear others showering. On my last stay, other customers were so loud and can hear into the rooms. I had a 6am flight, so I wasn't able to get enough sleep with all the loud noises going on in the hallway.

The hotel felt high-end, and the staff was warm and welcoming. It was a safe, relaxing, pleasant one night stay. Some highlights: Comfortable beds Ample storage for suitcases and clothing Clean bathroom Clean beds and room Comfortable, fluffy pillows Desk with comfortable chair Dresser Convenient outlet between both beds Nice towels Incredible toiletries: shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, bar soap (I even purchased the body wash, it is wonderful). Outdoor pool Absolutely no scent in the room whatsoever (Definitely a plus. It just felt clean inside the entire building).

Business Trip

The Hotel Avante was great. While the hotel has basic services it does have a pool and the staff are lovely. The rooms are large and very comfortable. It is strategically located between Mountain View, Sunnyvale, San Jose, Etc which is great as you can get to all the major areas within 15 to 20 minutes. I like this hotel, and I have stayed here quite some times now and I will stay again.
