Amenities include 4 smart TVs, fireplace, free wifi, a balcony, a gas fire pit, a charcoal grill, and free use of the community amenities such as an outdoor pool during summer months, 2 hot tubs (year-round), Pickleball courts (2), and patio areas.

Our townhome is a haven of luxury and comfort, designed to host up to ten guests with ease. Each bedroom is a sanctuary of relaxation, adorned with high-quality linens, pillows, and towels. The interior showcases elegant plantation shutters, warm wood flooring, and subtle recessed lighting. The living space, illuminated by natural light and mountain views, features a large smart TV and deluxe seating in an inviting open layout. The dining area comfortably seats eight, with additional space for four at the kitchen island. A two-car garage. The owner uses one spot and there is one spot in the garage for the guests. 2 additional spaces are behind the garage and there is a parking lot near the pavilion providing ample space for your vehicles.
