There are hiking and mountain biking trails that are accessible right from the property. The water in the home is provided by mountain springs and is as fresh as it can get. Once you arrive, you'll never want or need to leave. There's a convenience store, just 6 minutes away. The home is also located in the perfect spot for Coachella and Stagecoach. Avoid the city traffic and stay right up the hill!
