We were never notified that our room was ready despite being told we would get a text. Instead we sat in the lobby for 40min until we asked a 3rd time if our room was ready. The property is lovely, rooms are spacious. Very uncomfortable bed and old pillows.

I understand that we were visiting in the off-season, however, our suite could have used a bit more love. There were stains, or what looked like food, rubbed into the carpet that should have been cleaned before our arrival. I questioned the cleanliness of my bed, as my pillows smelled like someone's perfume. Overall, it was gross.

I will never go back not set up for handicap people. They put us clear at the end of the buliding, as far from anything. The emergency line in the room didn't work, no microwave in room long walk to get to one. Hot a good time
