Rooms need attention

Many issues with the room…front door wouldn’t latch with the dead bolt, the safe was out of order, bathroom door wouldn’t latch, the breaker trips every time you try to use the blow dryer in the bathroom.

Terrible customer service/subpar suite

The toilet in Our room wouldn’t flush, there was no bedding for the sofa sleeper. There was a large beetle type bug on the wall and a nasty black centipede hanging out in the bathroom. There was a large open crack in the ceiling and the remote for the tv was an empty plastic case with no electronics inside. When I called the front desk I was told there was no maintenance there, she couldn’t leave the front desk and there were no other rooms available. Worst customer service ever. The beds were clean and comfortable.

Hallways were dirty, and I made it to the room. I found hair in the shower and on the floor, and in the sink bed linens were filthy, even the towels seem like they tried to wash all the towels at one time and had an order.

Very clean and comfortable

The room was very clean, the bed was the most comfortable I have ever slept in while traveling!!!! Pillows were great too. I had trouble with the remote and the manager of housekeeping brought a new one up immediately, along with a menu of channels they offered. The breakfast was great! There is a man working from the kitchen that was extremely helpful and kind, a wonderful personality and great asset to the company for sure!!!
