Hilton downer!

The room was dirty, the floor was carpet but in some areas it was sticky? Has to wear shoes the entire time. The mini fridge was broken and lost all the food we put in it, not expensive stuff but leftovers we were looking forward to eating. The pool was a bit dirty, floor cracking and the windows looked as if they haven’t been cleaned since the place was built. The whirlpool had foam floating in it. Overall thumbs down except for the kind employers, Attn MGT! Clean up this place for the employees who work there they deserve it!

We went to the first rooms and one was used the other wouldn’t open. The second set of rooms both doors were standing open and the pillows were lying in a chair with no pillowcases. Called the front desk and told her what we found. She sent someone up with pillowcases and was told they have a shortage of pillowcases so maids leave the rooms to come finish but usually don't but yet mark the rooms as ready so front desk books them. Also, the pool was filthy. Breakfast was awesome. I also wanted to speak with management but never heard from anybody. Definitely overpriced with these issues.

Solid hotel and staff, but building is definitely outdated and in need of some maintenance. Not a terrible stay for the price. Would have rather paid the extra $10 and stayed next door at the newer holiday inn
