Huge room! Very comfortable everything looked brand new in the room, great beds, and bathroom. Nice outdoor space for gathering with picnic tables, this place is great for families, or groups traveling together. Beautiful location with a short walk to a great Cafe. Pet friendly, perfect for our big husky!

Personally I don't like the virtual check in. We had an issue with the door code on the second day and they got us in pretty fast. Just seems like a key and a front desk would have been a little smoother. Nice place will definitely stay there again if we're in town

The management team was very quick to respond and correct a booking error made either by us or something with the Expedia site (we thought we booked the family room, but the room full of bunk beds was reserved). We reached out to them upon arrival with the issue. We were very fortunate that they had an extra room to put our family in. The room was clean, had strong A/C, and a perfect layout for us. It only about a 3-5 minute drive to downtown for food and shopping. Overall, we were extremely impressed by the customer service and quality of our stay; we'll be sure to stay here again the next time we are passing through Mount Shasta.

The 8bunk bed room was clean but extremely hot. The portable AC was not working and sleeping in there was unbearable. The shared kitchen was dirty, no one came to clean it. I swept the floor. There were no extra toilet paper, had to ask for soap, no where to find in our restroom. The cafe is close, had a “close and desist” sign on it. The place has a lot of potential but need more attention.
