This hotel is super cute and right in town . However the bed in room 5 was very uncomfortable and the WIFI was not working . The TV is platforms only that need WIFI so we had no access to TV.

Mossbrae Hotel is a small and elegant place to stay right on the Main Street in Dunsmuir. You can walk to a couple cafes nearby (but not open all days). I was in room 4 and it was lovely and the bed very comfy, tho it did crick when I turned over. Lol. TV has many apps to choose from. Shower very large and nice. I enjoyed my stay very much and will certainly stay there again when visiting family there.

Beautiful original features that were unique. The area is beautiful, but the town has a lot of abandoned buildings, and limited dining experiences. It looks like they are trying to revive the town with a beautiful mural and it is worth reviving! It is a beautiful location with a lot of history and a great vibe. Just unfortunate loss of businesses probably over the last 5 years.

This totally renovated hotel is a revived classic with modern improvents. The bed was extremely comfortable. The room invited light from the outside to make it shine. Sitting area, polished chrome fittings, comfortable chair and reading areas, one by a window. Outstanding room. Staff was mostly absent and electronic lock was glichty, otherwise a restful stay.

Very nice hotel and stay, beautiful room, incredibly comfortable bed and pillows. Dunsmuir has early closing times and variable days where restaurants are not open, so food options are limited. Would be nice if the hotel offered a continental breakfast.

This visit was the first time we have stayed at a hotel where there is no staff and we had codes to get into lobby and room. It actually worked out fine. I texted (someone?) and got prompt responses.

The only surprise was lack of elevator. I only had three bags to carry, could be worse! The room and hotel in general is immaculate. I especially loved the huge bathroom. Quiet and comfortable. A nice eatery across the street. Easy walk to the train station.

The interior has been tastefully renovated and the room and bathroom was well appointed and comfortable. Unfortunately, the town of Dunsmuir has seen better days and we were a little uneasy with parking our car on the street overnight.
