We stayed one night after visiting Mt Rushmore. The price was reasonable, the rooms were fine, and the breakfast was good. If you need just a night or two only two miles from Mt Rushmore, this is a decent place to stay.

The room was small, the bathroom SMALLER. It was a conveniently located property for what we wanted to do. It is definitely old and care-worn, but it was clean, the staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was adequate. Parking was not so good. Very small area and difficult to maneuver if you have a larger vehicle, which we did. Overall it was good and the price good for the area.

This hotel is a little tired & worn but it was clean. Our beds were made every day. Breakfast was fine. The parking was not good, especially the second floor. Very tight. Location great for what we needed. Our bathroom door was locked one day when we got back. The front desk was very responsive but my husband was able to get it open with the flathead screwdriver in his Swiss Army knife before the gentleman got there. Staff we saw were very nice.
