1st room was not cleaned!!! Sheets all piled up trash all over the room. Next room hair dryer didn't work 3rd room STUNK like weed!!! Tub was absolutely foul Tliet stained Sink cracked They also rented out room to under age guests charging them more money. This basically is a party motel. Couldn't sleep with all the running by teenagers and the drunkenness was unreasonable. Remember i said alot of under age renters. Id love to know where their parents believed they were.

The mattresses had stains on them. The rooms don’t have conditioner, just a small bottle of shampoo. We asked for more shampoo because there was four of us staying in the room and only one small bottle of shampoo. They asked us if we used the only one that was in the room and we said yes and asked for two more. Unfortunately, we forgot my sons phone charger in the room and when I called down to asked if they put it in lost and found for us they said it wasn’t there. Then I said I know it was in the room because I always take a video or pictures of the room before I leave and then she said let me go up and check. She said she found it in the room and told us we can come pick it up anytime. It’s a two hour drive one way to go pick it up. They don’t send forgotten items to their guests. They have to be picked up. Thankfully we have family that lives in the area and they said they would pick it up and the front desk person said they would give it to them. Very frustrating stay and we won’t be staying there again.

Staff were helpful but there were a few issues. Heat wasn’t working properly in our room and they couldn’t fix it,so we had to switch before bed. Gym was freezing cold- heating issue again. Didn’t matter, equipment was not working and only machines, no weights. Breakfast had some good options- waffles, biscuits but no eggs or sausage, one cold cereal, hot cereal, toast. No fruit. Rooms were dated but clean. Shower was hot and had good pressure. Close to CMU. Overpriced for what you got.

I went through Expedia and i booked a room and once i arrived they said i needed a $100 deposit fee cash for any broken or stolen items and failed to give it back to me due to a noise complaint which was not mentioned for the security fee when i arrived.
