Well there was no tv I couldn't figure it out for the life of me and then I woke up to a note under my door saying there was billing issues when there most definitely shouldn't of been sense my stay was paid for through hotels com

The "Quality Inn". First off, the parking lot was not plowed, the pool and the hot tub didn’t work. I called the night before our stay asked if the pool and hot tub were in working order and was told yes. We showed up the next evening and both were not due to a broken pipe above the ceiling.... the hot tub looked like it hadn't ran in months and the pool water was green. When I asked for a discount, the front desk was like I'm not calling my manager, I know she will not do anything for you and that technically the pool and hot tub were considered extra. All excuses in my opinion. We will find another place to stay next time we visit.

The weekday breakfast was all carbs, not diabetic friendly. No proteins at all no eggs, no sausage, nothing. Not enough towels in the room for two people, one being a hairy man. Staff wouldn't give additional towels unless we brought dirty up? Wouldn't even record how many additional towels they had given the room for housekeeping. Just refused to give additional towels all together. Made my stay uncomfortable. I had to shovel my car free to leave. No plow came to do their lot at all and I waited until check out

We moved the sofa closer to the TV to see better, there was trash and chewed gum under it. There was some chunks of something in the hot tub. The bed was super comfortable, everyone was friendly. There was good and bad. I appreciate that my curtains actually closed completely and blocked out light for good sleep.
