I requested and paid for a room with two beds and a pull out couch. When we arrived they put us in a room with double beds and no couch (there were 3 of us). I called the desk and they moved us to a room with a couch and king bed. When I called back down to let the lady know I had reserved a room with 2 beds and a couch she said they didn't have any of those at the hotel. I came back to see my reservation and it definitely said 2 beds with a couch. I was super disappointed as we do not share beds.

Great Stay!

This was our first time staying at this property. The room was spacious and clean. We needed a crib which was brought to our room within minutes. The indoor pool was great and had a very accessible restroom right outside the pool entrance. The breakfast options were numerous. Several hours after we checked out, we realized we had left a bag in our room. We contacted the hotel, and the bag had been turned into the front desk, and we were able to retrieve it the next day. So thankful!
