Great Stay!

This was our first time staying at this property. The room was spacious and clean. We needed a crib which was brought to our room within minutes. The indoor pool was great and had a very accessible restroom right outside the pool entrance. The breakfast options were numerous. Several hours after we checked out, we realized we had left a bag in our room. We contacted the hotel, and the bag had been turned into the front desk, and we were able to retrieve it the next day. So thankful!

The Hampton Inn Mt Pleasant, TX, is exceptional. This Hampton Inn has a fresh face. The Staff is amazing and helpful. In particular, Shantel was the associate at the front desk as we were checking in; she was so pleasant, knowledgeable, and most importantly, welcoming. Shantel went above what was expected to make sure that all of our needs were met. She excels at being hospitable and genuinely helpful. She made our stay without a doubt even more perfect. On every level, this Hampton Inn was on par with excellence. The rooms were impeccably CLEAN! Impeccably clean! It's hard to mess up from there. Jennifer was our room attendant, an excellent asset to any housekeeping department. I can hardly convey just how well our stay was overall. Maya was also invaluable at the desk. I'm a well-traveled customer and an Honors member for many years. This property does not disappoint! A Gem!!!
