Rented it couldn't find paperwork so they said sent to a room sheets drone back alr.... Don't know if was the Vero itself , but the whole thing needs attention check out the room a day earlier than I was supposed to; Still, don't know if I've received my credit.....

We did not stay there, we had to get home because of flooding in Vermont. Multiple attempts to cancel by phone and website failed to connect so, unfortunately, we were no shows.

Unpleasant Stay
Room was poorly cleaned. Entire facility was dirty and trash and dirty linens where left outside of rooms. Facility smelled and front desk staff never acknowledged guests arriving or departing. Morning front desk clerk never once looked up from her phone in 7 day stay.
