No heat in our room, then the phone didn't work to call the front desk. They moved us and upgraded our room to a suite. The hot water was very inconsistent in the shower: takes forever to warm up, then it's scalding, then by the time you find the right temperature it turns cold. Beds were comfortable. Sofa in our first room was stained and filthy.

Well to start off I wanna say that Melissa, the general manager and her sidekick the other Melissa are useless for three weeks. I try to contact them about the King suite that I’m booked I must’ve forgot to click that I needed hot water for my showers and then young lady at the camera thought that I was special-needs. She told me that she was gonna reset the boiler The girl with the blue hair and the black hair and the piercings was gonna reset the boiler my room didn’t come with hot water so they transferred his bum hole room. The only problem there is that the hot water was very good, but you could stand in 6 inches of waterbecause it didn’t drain.

You can hear the people above your room walking around and you can hear them running the water , the pipes are not insulated inside the walls. The breakfast tasted terrible , the potatoes and the eggs were not good.
