Upon our arrival, the minibar was inoperable. Despite notifying the front desk first thing in the morning about our need for room service, they failed to clean our room or provide us with towels. When we returned after a long day, our room was still in disarray and had not been attended to. This situation reflects a serious management failure in ensuring that staff fulfill their responsibilities. It's unacceptable that basic services were not provided during our stay.

Good value for the money. Like another Hampton Inn we stayed at recently, this hotel stay was an uneven experiance. The room was large and well laid out BUT deferred maintainance issues were noticable. The motirized blackout shade was broken, the tub drain was clogged with hair and drained slowly, a wall hook next to the tub was held in place only by glue and the plasticized wallpaper, and one of the main rooms lamps would not turn on.
