Rest easy in this two bedroom, private upstairs apartment. Relax in the comfy king-sized bed, the two living spaces, or the second bedroom. Steps away from the Military Ridge Trail, enjoy country living as well as the amenities of nearby small town and city (Madison, 30 min) life.

Easy access to Epic (12 min), the Alliant Energy Center (25 min), the Monona Terrace (30 min), and Tyrol Basin (14 min) for expos and events.
The space
This is a private upstairs apartment unit. You will have complete privacy in your living space. Our family lives in the downstairs unit, so there may be some noise (small children) depending on when you are staying with us.

You will need to climb a full set of stairs to get to the second floor unit.
Guest access
You will have access to the full upstairs unit as well as the attached porch, driveway/parking area, and yard. You can also enjoy peaceful walks or bike rides (we do not have any bikes available for use at this time) on the nearby Military Ridge Trail.
Make yourself comfortable in your air-conditioned condo. The bathroom has a shower.
