Charming 2 bedroom Winnipesaukee lake cottage resting just feet from the shore. Step into this wonderful property and feel at home immediately with its wood-paneled walls and cozy fireplace (sorry, fireplace is off limits and not to be used). From the living room, step out into the 3-season room with 3 sets of sliders facing the water where you can enjoy a friendly (or competitive - that's up to you) evening board game as well as your meals with a picture perfect view. Once outside, feel the sand between your toes on the beach as you jump in to cool off on those hot summer days or read that book you've wanted to get to on the waterfront deck where you can watch the ducks and loons floating by or maybe even catch some dinner. A Keurig coffee maker is even provided so you can sit and enjoy a cup while watching the sun come up. If you would like to explore all Lake Winnipesaukee has to offer just bring or rent a boat. The dock on this property will accommodate a boat up to 22 feet in length. Come and enjoy your next vacation here! Water source to the house is from the lake. Tenant must purchase bottled water. There are no outside fires allowed at this property. There is no heat source in this cottage. Parking for 2 cars.

If you would like to rent sheets and/or bath towel packages from At The Lake Vacation Rentals, the cost of sheets (including arrival bed making) for this home is $75. Towel packages are $12 per person and include 2 bath towels, 1 hand towel and 1 washcloth. Please let us know at time of booking if you would like to rent sheets and bath towels as availability is limited.
